Professional Experience
As a twenty-five year veteran of the Atlanta
Industrial and Office markets, Chet has contributed
to new development and acquisitions by participating
in analyzing land, designing building specifications
based upon market demand, and implementing marketing
strategies for the successful lease-up of projects.
Chet has a working knowledge of every submarket
within the Atlanta metro area, and leverages his
strong relationships within the brokerage community.
Prior to co-founding Hodges Management and Leasing
Company and serving as a Principal and Senior Vice
President of Leasing, Chet was Vice President of
Leasing with M.D. Hodges, an ING Company for nine
years. In that time, he leased over one
million square feet every year of the company's
office and industrial portfolio. His
transactions have ranged from relatively small
office leases to large bulk warehouse deals.
As a Principal following the partnership with Avison
Young in 2010, Chet continues to assist
clients utilizing his expertise in Atlanta's
Industrial and Office Markets.
Previously, Chet was Director of Marketing and Vice
President at Highwoods Properties in Atlanta for
over ten years. While there, he managed the
company's leasing of its Atlanta portfolio of office
and industrial properties. Prior to that, he
was a broker with CB Richard Ellis for five years. |
