Professional Experience
Todd Blalock joined Hodges in July, 1990 as a
Project Manager. He assisted with the
development and construction of over 5 million
square feet of buildings in the M. D. Hodges
portfolio. Following The Blackstone Group's
acquisition of the company in November 1999, Todd,
as Senior Property Manager played an integral role
in the establishment of the company's Management
Services Group.
After ING Clarion's acquisition of the company in
January 2005, Todd served as an Asset Manager and
Vice President.
As one of the principals of Hodges Management and
Leasing Company, Todd served as the Chief Operating
Officer.
Todd is a Principal and Director of Management
Services following the partnership with Avison Young. |
